The shortage of specialists is particularly evident at management level: there is a lack of experienced applicants - and in addition, junior staff often do not have the confidence to take on the demanding tasks directly and therefore do not even apply. We act as mentors to both junior managers and new entrants to the pharmaceutical industry, making it easier for suitable candidates to move up or take on responsibility in pharmaceutical companies.
