Interim management

If managers are missing in your company at short notice or on an interim basis, we step in: As part of interim management, we personally assume responsibility for key positions on site: For example, as site manager, competent person, head of production, head of quality control, head of quality assurance or even as project manager.

We have the necessary professional, technical and personal skills to communicate with the team on an equal footing and take on all personnel management tasks in addition to professional responsibility.

Project management

If the personnel resources in your company are not sufficient to implement development projects in a targeted and focused manner in addition to everyday requirements, we support you with our expertise as external project managers. We take over the technical management of defined projects and integrate ourselves into your management team. From the planning phase to project communication and reporting through to operational responsibility, we take on all management functions - with professional expertise and tried-and-tested routine.

Qualified person

A Qualified Person (QP) must be appointed for the highly regulated areas of responsibility in every pharmaceutical company with a manufacturing authorization in accordance with § 13 AMG. The Qualified Person is responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements and the certification of medicinal products for placing on the market in accordance with Annex 16 of the EU GMP guidelines. If your company does not have its own Qualified Person, our specialists can take on this function as an external Qualified Person in accordance with § 15 AMG.
